Guardian Security Group Ltd has been acquired as a joint venture between Jon Pouncey, Arnie Palmer (Security Solutions Direct Ltd) and Alan Fowler. The acquisition will strengthen Security Solutions Direct Ltd. and Guardian Security by providing an enhanced portfolio of products and systems which totally complement each other.
